Allegra began her legal career working for a premier insurance defense firm in Long Beach, California. While there, she defended physicians, dentists, hospitals, pharmacists and nurses from claims of malpractice, including allegations of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, fraud and other intentional torts. Inspired to help injured parties, she left to pursue a career as Plaintiff’s attorney and opened Greer & Rineer with Kathryn in April 2014.
Allegra is passionate about advocating for victims of sexual and elder abuse and provides the highest quality representation. Beyond the ability to advocate and fight for her clients, She is always attuned to the needs of her clients as people who are often going through some of the toughest times in their lives. It is this combination of experience as a fierce advocate and innate sensitivity to the needs of her clients, that separates Allegra from most lawyers.
Allegra earned her Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where she was a Dean’s Circle member for academic excellence. Additionally, while at Western State, she was a Tech Editor/Student Writer for Law Review and a member of the Honors Moot Court Team where she was a 2x Octo Finalist at the Jerome Prince Evidence Moot Court Competition.
Allegra is a native of Orange County, growing up in Yorba Linda and attending the prestigious Orange County High School of the Arts. She is an avid supporter of the arts, loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.
