About our office

Our office is dedicated to advocating for victims of sexual abuse through civil litigation.  As a boutique office, we take on a limited number of cases so that each client is given the attention they deserve when dealing with the trauma they’ve experienced.  When you contact our office you will be scheduled to speak with an attorney that will listen to your story and provide you with comforting personalized explanations about the options available.  While we only take on a select number of cases per a year, we have a wide network of accomplished attorneys we refer to even if we are not able to take your case.

Our lead trial attorney Kathryn Greer is inspired everyday with a passion to help people, particularly those members of our society who are most vulnerable such as our elders, children and those challenged with disabilities.  Kathryn  has successfully settled multiple six and seven figure cases against school districts, non-public schools and skilled nursing facilities including a $3.25 million dollar settlement against the Fullerton School District.     In recognition of her work, Kathryn has been listed as a Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars and Super Lawyers: Top Up and Coming Southern California Women Lawyers each year from 2018-2020.

Kathryn serves on the board of directors for the the California Association of Lawyers for Education (CALE) an organization focused on education and advocacy for student rights in California.  Since 2019, Kathryn has served as a member of the board of directors for the non-profit organization Bag of Hope Project whose mission since 2005 has been to spread hope to children and families in Orange County experiencing homelessness by providing duffel bags filled with school supplies, toiletries, toys and other essential items. Kathryn is also a proud member of the following organizations:  Orange County Women Lawyers Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, UCLA Alumni Association.

Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated from the College Honors program.   Thereafter, Kathryn traveled to the East Coast to attend Boston College School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree.  Born and raised in Anaheim, Kathryn returned to Orange County to practice law after graduating.  Kathryn and her family are active members of Friends Church, Yorba Linda.
